Where are you based?
We are based on the outskirts of Birmingham’s world renowned Jewellery Quarter. We are a stone’s throw away from Birmingham City Centre making us easily accessed from all parts of the country. We are in close proximity to both Snow Hill station as well as Grand Central, including a tram line that runs throughout the day, from Grand Central to which then passes through the Jewellery Quarter. A small walking distance away from our workshop. This makes it easy if you wish to come into the workshop to see us and have a look around where the work is carried out.
What is your returns policy?
Earrings are non-returnable due to health and safety concerns. All other purchases are able to be returned within a 14 day period. All items must not be damaged or returns will not be accepted. Return post will be down to the customer’s responsibility.
How can I share my feedback regarding the service you have
provided?
We have many active social networking pages. We are on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter as well as an eBay site that you are also able to purchase from.

What payments do you accept?
You are able to pay via paypal or with your debit or credit card via our secure website. We do also accept cash and cheques, please get in contact to discuss this further.
I have seen a ring I like but you don’t have my size…
We offer a free resizing, within a certain amount of sizes, on all rings purchased within the 14 day return policy. After the fourteen days are up or if you require a ring to be resized more than a couple of sizes there will be an extra charge. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further details regarding our resizing service.
Different carat/metals…
If you see an item you like in a certain metal it is very likely that they will also be available in other metals i.e. 9ct, 18ct, silver and even platinum and palladium. If you make a note of the reference number and call us or email us and we will be able to tell you if that specific item is available in your preferred metal.
Can I cancel my item?
If your item has yet to be dispatched than you will be able
to cancel your order. If your item has already been dispatched than you will
have to return it on your own accord.
