Some of the services we can offer include:
| Repairs | We can repair various items of jewellery all at a reasonable cost. |
| Resizing | Most rings can be resized, including silver, 9ct, 14ct,18ct, platinum, palladium and the metals ie; white, yellow and red. |
| Re-polishing and re-plating | If you have any used and worn jewellery we can polish the items and restore them to new. |
| Scrap gold | We can buy your old, worn and broken gold at very competitive prices. |
| Valuations* | We send items to Safeguard who are part of the Assay office as we believe they offer the best service, using qualified gemologists they can give you the most accurate valuation and description. They can provide you with detailed valuations for insurance purposes. If you send the items to us its cheaper than going direct to them as we are trade. |
| Hallmarking* | This process is carried out by the Birmingham Assay Office. |
| Stringing* | Necklaces on string or wire such as pearls can be restrung if they have become loose or have broken. |
| Engraving* | Various items can be engraved and what better way to make something more personal and unique! |

| Resizing | Ring clips and studs, for those customers that don’t want or cant have the ring properly resized |
* This type of work is not carried out in-house and we distribute these to trusted companies who carry out the work for us at a very reasonable cost. Quotes can be provided upon request before work is carried out. We can also offer extra services to Trade
Collection and deliveries within the Jewellery Quarter can be carried out for a small charge |
